Our park is owned and operated by David Ivey, a lifelong resident of the East Tennessee area with a passion for the outdoors. David and his team are dedicated to providing our guests with a clean and welcoming atmosphere and top-notch customer service.
Our park features a range of amenities, including internet service, code-accessed bathrooms & showers, and on-site laundry facilities.
We are conveniently located just a short drive from the scenic Tennessee River, Watts Bar Lake, The Great Smoky Mountains, as well as a variety of local attractions and restaurants. Whether you're looking to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings or explore the nearby attractions, Spring City RV Park is the perfect home base for your next adventure.

Park Sites
At Spring City RV Park, we offer a range of campsites to suit your needs. Our full hookup RV sites are perfect for travelers looking to fully enjoy the comforts of home while on the road. These sites feature electrical, water, and sewage connections, as well as a picnic table and fire ring.
Our RV sites are spacious and well-maintained, and are suitable for rigs of all sizes. We offer both pull-through and back-in sites, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. Our sites are level and feature hard-packed gravel pads, ensuring that your RV stays stable and secure during your stay.
In addition to our full hookup RV sites, we also offer a limited number of tent camping sites for those looking for a more rustic experience. These sites are located in a secluded area of the park and feature access to shared amenities such as restrooms and showers.
